Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the relationship management aspects of referral development specific to outpatient services. Serves as Director of Marketing for the hospital-based and/or freestanding outpatient clinic. This includes physician office calls, networking and participation in professional healthcare organizations, educational in-services and support of community initiatives such as health fairs/screenings or other community-sponsored activities that provide opportunities to raise general awareness of PAM Health programs and services. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. This is an exempt position and is a dual report with 90% to the Director of Strategy and Integration and 10% to the Corporate Outpatient Program Director.
Qualifications:
Education and Training: Healthcare experience in marketing desired. Computer literate and desire to enhance skills with PAM information system software.
Experience: Prior involvement calling on physicians and referring facilities is desired. Must have current professional licensure to perform secondary responsibilities as back-up support for clinical oversight relative to patient care.
